Most CoreRisk products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. Because of this, sales are generally final.

• Full CoreRisk Report: refundable within 7 days if your business profile or risk band was misclassified.
• DIY Cybersecurity Fix Kit: refundable within 7 days if files have not been downloaded.
• Guided Stabilization Pack / Roadmap products: refundable until intake call begins.
